Well it's Saturday night and we're going to the track,

Got the car on the trailer and the tools in the back.

We spent all our money and worked every night,

Hoping it's not too loose or not too tight.

Where we might finish no one could know,

So just hold it wide open and put on a show.

For the fans only remember the one winning face,

Everybody else just showed up and raced.
